Here’s a couple ideas for the vision. please comment
To lead the MCA LIVE family into a meaningful, authentic worship experience through music and the arts, and equip God’s people to glorify God with a lifestyle of true worship and ministry.

I think I like the first one there the best. Because it ends with the most important thing which is to glorify the Lord in all that we do. It also really sums up our goal as worship leaders at MCA. I think we’re on the right track.
I gave the above tentative vision statements to Kent, and he made a couple suggestions, and is going to put it out to the board and see what they think, and what, if any changes, we should make.
I do like the slogan as it gives us a quick reminder of who we are as a worship team. I like that we are attaining definition of who we are and what we do.
Regarding the vision statement, I like the first one because it gives us a stronger direction. Even though both are very similar, I like how the first one starts with the word Lead. It’s important that we see ourselves as worship leaders. I also love the part that says, “and equip God’s people for glorify God with a lifestyle of true worship and ministry.” This part tells us that we are not a ministry unto ourselves but to a greater purpose of equipping others to glorify God in their lives as an offering of worship and ministry.
